EZZA Skincare Coaching Terms & Conditions
By purchasing any skincare coaching service from EZZA Australia, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Coaching Term
The client is purchasing a coaching service for the full agreed coaching period. The coaching period begins on the date the service is purchased unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Client Responsibility
The client agrees to actively participate throughout the coaching period. This includes following the recommended skincare routine, using products as directed, attending check-ins where required, and responding to reasonable requests for updates, photos, or progress information.
3. Communication and Participation
Coaching results depend on regular communication and cooperation. If the client repeatedly delays replies, misses check-ins, does not provide requested updates, or fails to follow the agreed routine, the coach will still be regarded as ready and available to provide the agreed service.
4. Progress and Results
Results vary from person to person. Progress may occur gradually and may include visible skin improvement, reduced symptoms, better skin response, improved hydration, reduced redness, calmer skin, fewer breakouts, or improved skin texture.
5. Positive Change During Coaching
If there is any visible improvement, measurable positive response, or any beneficial change in the client’s skin condition during the coaching period, this will be considered progress. Continued consistency may lead to further improvement over time. In these circumstances, amounts paid are non-refundable.
6. Coach Follow-Up
The coach may assess progress during the coaching period through photos, written updates, check-ins, or other reasonable follow-up methods in order to monitor the client’s condition and guide next steps.
7. Full Refund Eligibility
A 100% refund may only be requested if all of the following conditions are met:
- the client has completed the full coaching period;
- the client has followed the recommended skincare routine consistently;
- the client has used the recommended products or routine as directed;
- the client has provided reasonable progress updates when requested;
- the client has remained actively engaged throughout the coaching period; and
- there has been absolutely no measurable improvement or positive change in the client’s skin condition at all.
8. No Refund for Non-Participation
Refunds will not be provided where dissatisfaction, lack of progress, or incomplete results arise from the client’s own failure to participate, including but not limited to:
- inconsistent use of products,
- failure to follow instructions,
- failure to attend check-ins,
- delayed or absent communication,
- failure to provide updates,
- interruption or abandonment of the coaching process.
9. Respectful Conduct
Coaching is provided in a professional and respectful environment. If a client becomes abusive, hostile, repeatedly disrespectful, or seriously uncooperative, the coach reserves the right to discontinue coaching services. In such cases, fees already paid remain non-refundable.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law. However, change of mind, non-participation, inconsistent communication, or failure to follow the coaching process does not create a right to a refund.
